Change of mind after purchase

We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and product details carefully before completing your order.

If Something Arrives Wrong

If your order arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, SoulPurl 77 is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered. If an issue arises, we’re happy to help you contact the carrier and explore available options.

Garment Care

To extend the life of your piece, we recommend:

Wash inside out
Cold water only
Gentle cycle
Mild detergent
Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals

Hang dry when possible, or tumble dry on low heat. High heat shortens the lifespan of prints and fibers.

Prints & Graphics

Our designs are created using professional print methods, but like all printed garments, they respond best to care. Washing inside out and avoiding high heat helps preserve contrast, texture, and detail over time.

Natural Wear

Slight fading, softening, and character changes are part of the journey. These shifts aren’t flaws. They’re evidence of use, movement, and life.

Repairs & Reuse

If a piece wears thin, tears, or needs love, we encourage repair, reworking, or reuse. Longevity isn’t just about durability. It’s about relationship.
